The New Moon is the beginning of the Lunar Cycle- when the Moon is dark and not visible from the Earth. 

The New Moon  is all about rebirth, renewal and clearing away the old to make room for the new. It is a time of initiation and new beginnings. It is the time to plant a seed of what you want to grow in your life. Making a wish, an intention, a promise or a vow.  It is believed that as the moon grows so will your intentions. 

This New Moon is in the sign of Libra. Libra is the Cardinal Air sign. Libra embodies peace, fairness, and balance. Libra is a sign that embodies sensuality and aesthetics. It is ruled by the planet Venus. Libra’s are known to be harmonious, diplomatic, and romantic, the peacekeepers of the Zodiac. The symbol for the sign of Libra is the scale- Libra can see both sides of a question or situation- the downside to this is that it can be difficult for Libra to make a decision. Libra rules the 7Th house of relationship. 

Relationships are highlighted- with close friends, partners, and business partnerships- these are all in the spotlight. It is also concerned with fairness- fairness for all concerned.
